Today I became a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker

So excited! I had this goal set 3 years ago and now I have achieved it! As of today I became a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Already sold millions of dollars of inventory, a listing went pending last night, another - negotiating contract, two more to sell! Happy clients! Ready for new business! This is going to be fun!

A few things I do differently to sell homes:

1.  Extreme and non-stop Online Marketing (94% of buyers start their home search online!)
2.  Professional Photography
3.  Realistic Price Suggestion after extensive research
4.  Almost daily feedback to clients
5.  Negotiations to win-win solution to get the best price for my clients
6.  Meeting or exceeding expectations
7.  Detailed calculated NET sheet of proceeds so there are no negative surprises
8.  Innovation and use of the latest useful technology tools to save my clients TIME and MONEY!

  1. Well, this was a dream to for me. Not actually a broker but only as a saleperson. That's why I took some real estate course before and then a real estate continuing courses to pursue more of my chosen career.
